It is reported that Siming District has recently launched a three-year action plan for industrial development with supporting measures, in order to further accelerate the high quality development of software and information services, to build up the advantages of industrial development and enhance the innovative vitality of the enterprises. So the relevant government departments made a detailed interpretation of these policies at the conference.

In recent years, Siming District has been vigorously developing software and information services, leading its industry development to take shape initially. Accounting for 70% of Xiamen city’s share, the District has helped nurture many key enterprises such as Meiya Pico and YLZ, while many leading enterprises such as Meituan, Toutiao, Tencent, and Huawei have been introduced to set up business units here. The rapid growth of the industrial scale, the continuous expansion of the industry fields, and the implementation of the key projects have laid a firm basis of “hard power” for Siming’s economic and social development.

When a thousand sails are competing, the one who advances bravely wins. Today, Siming is riding the wave of the development of the metaverse industry by taking advantage of the rapid development of the software and information industry. In the future, Siming District will take the development opportunities of the metaverse industry, further strengthen the advantages of industrial development, and make a cocktail of moves in policy support, investment promotion, and factor guarantees. By continuing to create a favorable industrial development environment, Siming District will strive to stand at the forefront of the wave of high-quality development, for more injection of new momentum into the high-quality development of the software and information industry, for a firmer foundation of the seized new track in the metaverse development, and for a stronger digital foundation in building a smart Siming.
