On August 19, 2025, at the World Record Certification Exhibition Hall of Xiamen, China International Conference and Exhibition Center, Thyseed Children’s Thermos officially received the certificate of “Kid’s Vacuum Bottle with the Highest Thermal Insulation” issued by the World Record Certification Limited (WRCA). This certification not only marks a historic breakthrough for Chinese maternal and child brands in the field of children’s thermoses, but also redefines the global insulation standards for this product category.

With an ultra-long heat retention of 11.6 hours, it stands out in the global performance competition.

This certification represents a global performance competition for children’s thermoses. Thyseed stood out among a range of best-selling products worldwide. Verified by authoritative tests, in a laboratory environment of (23±2)°C and (50±5)% RH, the temperature of 55°C water inside its thermos dropped to 40°C—the optimal drinking temperature for children—taking as long as 11.6 hours. This far surpasses similar products on the market, making it the children’s thermos with the longest heat retention duration globally.

This achievement stems from the technological breakthrough of Thyseed’s “Four-Dimensional Heat Retention System”.

The double-layer vacuum insulation structure blocks over 90% of heat conduction, forming a “constant temperature barrier”. The independently developed patented heat retention ring precisely controls heat dissipation at the cup mouth, allowing 95°C hot water to remain at 73.2°C after 6 hours—far exceeding the 44°C specified in national standards. The food-grade 316L stainless steel seamless inner liner eliminates “heat leaks” and has corrosion resistance three times that of ordinary 304 stainless steel. The full-dimensional sealing gasket completely blocks air convection, further extending the heat retention time.

Compared with most children’s thermoses on the market that can only retain heat for 4 to 6 hours, Thyseed has nearly doubled the heat retention duration. This completely solves the pain point of “water turning cold in half a day” and meets children’s drinking needs in all-day scenarios such as going to school and going out. Maxim, a WRCA certification officer, commented that this achievement not only reflects a deep insight into the needs of mothers and children, but also demonstrates the innovative strength of Chinese brands in the field of precision manufacturing.

Dual Upgrades in Safety and User Experience to Create Child-Friendly Products

Safety is the core bottom line of Thyseed’s products. The “mouth-contact components” of its children’s thermoses undergo rigorous screening:

  • The inner liner is made of medical-grade 316L stainless steel, which does not release harmful substances when holding juice or milk.
  • The straw is made of Wacker (Germany) liquid silicone, with softness close to a mother’s nipple, preventing scratches to the baby’s mouth.
  • The cup lid components are made of Total (France) food-grade PP material, which is heat-resistant and BPA-free.

The full set of materials has passed 32 international safety tests and SGS certification, complying with EU standards.
